Dallal Abdelsayed, MD, FAAFP
Administrator
Dr. Dallal Abdelsayed is a dedicated, board-certified family medicine physician with more than 45 years of clinical medical experience. As our Administrator, she plays a hands-on role in shaping the highly personalized care plans, clinical standards, and medical oversight that our patients rely on.
Dr. Abdelsayed completed her medical education at Baylor College of Medicine and her residency at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital. A distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a Texas Medical Association member, she maintains active hospital affiliations with Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital and practices at Highlands Medical Associates. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to provide compassionate, clear communication to diverse families across the Greater Houston area.
Mary Youssif, MBA

Mary Youssif is a dedicated healthcare executive and the visionary behind Serenity Care Solutions, bringing a powerful blend of business development and deep regional administration experience to our agency. With over a decade of hands-on healthcare management experience, Mary serves as our Alternative Administrator, having previously directed operations for a prominent home health and hospice agency.
Armed with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Mary strategically leads all operations for our home health and hospice care: driving regulatory compliance, resource logistics, provider coordination, and patient advocacy to ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence. She is fully bilingual in English and Arabic, allowing her to provide clear communication, deep empathy, and cultural respect to the diverse families we serve.
